The Nurturing Parenting Programs
We coordinate and facilitate parenting programs in conjunction with school districts, Department of Social Services and other organizations.
The Nurturing parenting programs are validated, family-based programs with a proven track record of preventing the recurrence of child abuse and neglect. The Department of Social Services, as well as other branches and organizations in the helping profession, have relied upon the Nurturing Programs® as a primary parenting program to break generational cycle of maltreatment and family dysfunction. During the past 15 years, hundreds of thousands of families around the world have participated in home-based or group-based programs and have experienced the happiness of nurturing, non-violent parent-child interaction.
Today there are 12 Nurturing Programs®, each addressing specific needs of different populations.
Nurturing Skills Training
We also provide "Train the Trainer" four day workshops programs (facilitator training). This service is available to organizations and individuals so that they can become self-sufficient in providing any/all of the Nurturing Programs® for their clients.
